All deliveries will be made to the delivery address provided by you as set out in the Order. In the event that you require the Products to be delivered to an alternative delivery address to that stated in the Order you must contact us either in writing or by telephone to notify us of the new delivery address. You may also be required to provide us with further personal identification (in such form as shall be requested by us).
For our two-man option, deliveries will be carried out within an estimated 7-14 working day time frame.
In order to make delivery as efficient as possible for our customers, the day of delivery will be chosen by We do sofas.
Prior to delivery please ensure that the items you have ordered will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways. Dimensions of products are displayed on each product page. If you require dimensions that are not listed, please contact us and we will be happy to confirm these. On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into making sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared. Neither our delivery team nor We do sofas will be held responsible for any damage to either the customers property or belongings.
All deliveries are signed for by the customer.
If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your Products on the agreed delivery date, at least 24 hours notice prior to the agreed delivery date must be given or a re-delivery fee will be incurred.
